Walk from the airport.
To Holiday inn Express where there is a busstop for local busfares.
(and not the expensive ‘airportbus’ or Taxi)
We did it the wrong way GOING to the hotel @ night upon arrival and ended up on the higway, where we were given a lift by a very friendly couple.
Once we were in the hotel, we saw that the walk is very possible and very short, but ofcourse NOT signposted.
Also the reception desk won’t tell you, since it’s not a nice paved route.
Just walk away from the airport in a straight line keeping all the car-rental companies on your left and the old terminal on your right. DO NOT IN ANYWAY CROSS OR GO TO THE HIGHWAY.
When you see a swimmingpool company on your left, there’s the dirtroad to the parking of the Holiday Inn hotel. Click on the pic’s to enlarge. Good luck and be careful.
